Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Lambent Auto Care. We truly value your trust in our products and services. Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase and service experience. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which returns, exchanges, or refunds may be processed.

Services

  • Once a service (such as PPF installation, ceramic coating, detailing, or similar) has started or been completed, it cannot be refunded.

  • If you are not satisfied with the quality of service, please notify our team within 24 hours of completion. We will inspect the concern and offer a suitable solution β€” which may include rework, touch-up, or adjustment, depending on the case.

  • Refunds for services will only be issued in cases of proven negligence or service not rendered, at the sole discretion of Lambent Auto Care management.

Product Purchases

  • We accept product returns only if the item is defective, damaged on delivery, or incorrectly supplied.

  • Customers must report product issues within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video evidence).

  • Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to qualify for replacement or refund.

  • Once verified, replacements or refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items and services are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or partially used car care chemicals or accessories.

  • Customized or special-order products.

  • Gift cards, promotional vouchers, or discounted services.

  • Completed detailing, coating, or PPF installation jobs.

Payment Refund Timeline

  • For approved refunds, payments made via online mode (UPI, card, or net banking) will be credited back to the original payment source within 7–10 business days.

  • For cash payments, refunds will be made in person or through a verified digital method.

Cancellation Policy

  • Service bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

  • For pre-paid services, any refund (if applicable) will be processed after deducting administrative charges.

Inspection & Approval

All refunds or replacements are subject to inspection and verification by the Lambent Auto Care quality team.
Decisions regarding approval or rejection of a refund are made fairly but remain at the sole discretion of management.
